Happy Halloween

Apparently, Cuba Gooding Jnr’s mother, who was somewhat of a devout Christian, made him say “Happy Hallelujah Day!” when he was trick or treating, but I digress…

Just wanted to see if you lot had dressed up or anything for the eve of All Hallows. I was Huckleberry Finn, which served me nicely for my shift at work and for class, where we agreed to dress up as a movie character. It was nice, as i got to carry my dinner in my little hobo knapsack ala “stick and handkerchief”

On the subject of pretending, I draw your attention to the Belfast episode of Captain Planet the boys were talking about on the last post. It has everything: terrible dialogue, laughable accents and a blatant misunderstanding of the situation.

“The divel you say! Tis I forgive you first!”

It’s quite possibly the funniest thing I’ve ever watched.

P.S. Actually, this is even funnier.

Not much to say…

It’s probably because it’s been up for a month that the last post has probably the most comments on it in the history of this site.

On that, I’ve been busy with school lately and also have, as my mother says, “nothing strange or startling” to tell you.

So, I propose we hear from someone else. You can login at the bottom of the side-bar on the left with your username and password you got when you registered (if you need a reminder, let me know), and click on write to get started.

Help me out, I’m not feeling very inspired this month.
